Every additional inch of size adds $1.00 per patch — a 4" × 4" patch is base + $1, a 6" × 6" is base + $3, up to a 12" maximum. Over 100 units, ask for volume pricing.

No. Every file is punched manually. Auto-digitizing is what produces the dense, thread-breaking files most shops send us to rescue.

Send the sew-out photo and the machine details. Edits on the same job are free, and if the file is at fault we re-punch it from scratch at no charge.
